One of the island’s largest insurance brokerage firms is currently looking for a Senior Insurance Broker to join their Corporate Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

The role is hybrid and offers a salary of up to €33K depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships by acting as the key point of contact and addressing queries in a timely manner
• Collect information from clients to assess their insurance needs and evaluate risk profiles
• Process documentation for policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Handle mid-term policy changes in accordance with client requests
• Review policies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure full compliance across all accounts
• Generate reports on account status, renewals, and policy amendments as required
• Coordinate with internal departments to implement policy updates while maintaining compliance

Education, Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry, preferably in Corporate Insurance
• Fluent in English at a C2+ level
• Native-level proficiency in Maltese (non-negotiable)
• Strong team player with excellent time-management skills
• Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
