Payroll Executive

One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Payroll Executive. As a Payroll Executive, you will be part of a high-performing and, diverse team who will be responsible for manging the payroll for their international clientele who cover a plethora of industries.

This role offers a salary up to €30K plus excellent benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and take ownership of the payroll process for their diverse client portfolio
  • Prepare and submit: FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, along with SCC forms
  • Assist their growing book of business with payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven payroll experience
  • Tertiary education
  • Meticulous in their work with good attention to detail
  • Excellent skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook

  • Office based (Monday to Friday and hybrid)
