Our client drives affiliate traffic to iGaming operators through their streaming platform. Although still in the startup-phase, they are already a multinational group, with Swedish founders, backed by a Scandinavian investor group, and with employees and entities in Cyprus, Malta and the Philippines.

We are seeking a goal-oriented Group CEO, who will be responsible for driving a group of companies within the entertainment industry, currently with 2 main brands but with a vision of whitelabelling their streaming platform.

The Group CEO will take on an office-based role in Malta and will initially have two already existing direct reports.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals
• Formulate strategies and business plans to drive the company's growth and profitability
• Provide strong leadership and inspire the team to achieve the company's objectives
• Manage a diverse and multi-jurisdictional workforce
• Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support business operations and growth
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt the business strategy accordingly
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the company
• Establish operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Implement risk management strategies and internal controls to protect the company's assets and reputation
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organisation

Education, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry
• In-depth understanding of iGaming affiliation
• Previous experience of driving and scaling a business
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or other relevant education
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Business acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance
• Sound understanding of streaming services
• Ability to navigate a rapidly changing and competitive industry landscape
• Ready to travel extensively internationally

• Salary €100-140K depending on expereience
