One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Compliance Executive. As a Compliance Executive, you will be part of a high-performing and, diverse team who will be responsible for managing their compliance client portfolio who cover a plethora of industries.

Role & Responsibilities

• Offer assistance with all communications and notifications to regulatory bodies

• Collecting and maintaining client due diligence documentation in line with the client on-boarding procedures

• Conducting and analysing client screening investigations in a timely and accurate manner

• Make sure that all present and new clients are in line with the existing risk management policies

• Act as the go to person with the relevant departments will any AML/CFT queries

• Make sure that all records are up to date and in the correct place

• Prepare and submit statutory filings

• Offer assistance internal audit procedures, practices and document

• Provide and assist AML and CFT training

Skills & Experience

• Sound knowledge of AML/CFT compliance along with Maltese corporate service providers regulatory framework

• Excellent communication skills especially in English, both verbal and written

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
