A local online casino company is currently looking for a Finnish-Speaking Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in setting up the brand and helping shape its identity and success.

This is a hybrid role based in Malta and offers a competitive salary of €65K depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing the affiliate acquisition and growth strategy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key affiliates
• Monitoring and managing affiliate performance against KPIs
• Leading deal and commission negotiations to maximise ROI
• Collaborating with internal teams while supporting affiliates with campaigns, creative assets, and performance insights
• Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in affiliate management within iGaming
• Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English at a C2 level
• Strong network within the Finnish markets
• Previous experience with affiliate tracking platforms
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Willingness to attend industry and affiliate events
