A Malta-based managed service provider in the iGaming industry is looking for a Finance Executive to join their growing team. The selected candidate will handle PSP and iGaming accounting, support reconciliations, monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and assist with day-to-day accounting operations.

This hybrid role offers a salary of up to €40K, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PSP reconciliations
• Assist with monthly management accounts
• Monitor company cash flow and align PSP inflows with business needs
• Handle daily accounting and payment operations
• Support internal audits and reporting
• Contribute to process and system improvements to boost efficiency

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Fully qualified accountant or in the final stages of ACA/ACCA
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within B2C iGaming, with strong PSP reconciliation expertise (non-negotiable)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with PSP reconciliation automation tools, MGA/regulated markets, Sportsbook, FP&A, or Big4 experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Business Central Accounting software is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
