Customer Support Agent - Swedish Market
This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional with 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support (casino) and KYC, who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for the Swedish Market, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries.
The role offers a salary of €26-28K, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries in Swedish and English via email and live chat
- Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues
- Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Perform KYC document checks
- Work closely with AML and RG teams
- Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support
- Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience working with the SGA
- Understanding of basic KYC procedures
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Salary of €26-28K depending on experience
- Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)
