This is a great opportunity to land a hybrid-remote role based in Malta for a German-speaking iGaming professional whose career is focused on Responsible Gaming. You would be joining a well-established group of companies that is about to launch a brand for the licensed German market (GGL).

Fostering a culture of compliance across the company, they manage their operations based on mandatory requirements and standards to ensure a secure user experience.

The salary offered is up to €44K, with a typical schedule of 2 days per week in the St. Julian’s office and 3 days working remotely (though you may work from the office full-time if you prefer).

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Responsible Gaming inquiries
• Manage Responsible Gaming cases and internal communication channels
• Monitor player activity and engage with players directly
• Communicate with players displaying potential risky behaviour
• Compile Responsible Gaming profiles for player accounts
• Follow up on player activities after Responsible Gaming interactions
• Develop and refine Responsible Gaming procedures
• Work closely with AML/Risk/Compliance team members

Education, Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Min 3 year of Responsible Gaming-issues for the German Market / GGL
• Completed extensive training in responsible gaming
• Up-to-date on the German regulated market
• Strong empathy and compassion for players
• Previous exposure to/interest collaborating with AML / risk
• Happy to work in a partly office-based role in Malta
