JobMatchingPartner is assisting a highly successful iGaming operator with recruiting experienced German-speaking VIP Managers to join their growing operations in Warsaw.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value players and can earn up to 16850zł per month + uncapped bonus!

Only candidates with previous experience of working successfully with player VIP management for the German market will be considered for this role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with German VIP players via chat, phone and email

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players

• Resolve player issues in a timely and professional manner

• Analyse player behaviour and activity to identify opportunities for engagement

• Deliver personalised bonuses and promotions based on player activity

• Support the development and execution of VIP retention strategies

• Monitor player activity and ensure VIP players receive a high level of service

• Work towards defined retention and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records of player communication and activity within CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve VIP player engagement and retention

Skills & Experience

• Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken

• Fluent English language skills for internal communication

• Min 2 years experience of successfully managing HNV * VIP players for the German online gambling market

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Highly computer literate

• Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Ability to analyse customer behaviour and player activity

• Interest in online casino or sportsbook operations

• Commercial mindset with an interest in player retention

• Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team

About this role

• Salary Mid-level 12 000 - 13250zł per month

• Salary Senior 13 250 – 16 850zł per month

• Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus

• 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota
