JobMatchingPartner is assisting a rapidly expanding international casino and sportsbook operator with recruiting a Senior German-speaking VIP Account Manager to join their operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HNV * VIP player relationships and driving market share growth within the German market.

This role suits experienced iGaming professionals who enjoy building strong relationships with players and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Candidates must have previous experience managing VIP players for the German market.

The role offers a basic salary of €24,600 - €39,000 depending on seniority, plus uncapped monthly KPI-related bonuses.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone

• Identify potential VIP clients to expand the portfolio

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients

• Assess and resolve client issues in a professional manner

• Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance

• Meet or exceed defined KPI targets

• Take an active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and activity

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP player experience

Skills & Experience

• Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken

• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Min 2 years experience successfully managing HNV * VIP players for the German online gambling market.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Commercial mindset with focus on player retention

• Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously

• Ability to work in a results-oriented and target-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Experience working with CRM systems

About This Role

• Salary Mid-level €24,600 - €31,200 depending on seniority

• Salary Senior €30,600 - €39,000 depending on seniority

• Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus.

• Working hours 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota
