JobMatchingPartner is assisting a rapidly expanding international casino and sportsbook operator with recruiting German-speaking Junior VIP Account Managers to join their operations in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting VIP player relationships and driving growth in the German market.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily communication with VIP clients via chat, email and phone

• Assist in identifying potential VIP clients to expand the portfolio

• Support the development of solid relationships with VIP clients

• Help assess and resolve client issues in a professional manner

• Provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance

• Work towards meeting defined KPI targets

• Support the implementation of VIP programs and initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and activity within the CRM

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP player experience

Skills & Experience

• Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken

• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Min 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Support, or similar customer-facing roles within iGaming, e-commerce or related industries

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to work in a results-oriented and target-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Keen interest in online casino or sportsbook operations

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

About This Role

• Salary Up to €33,600 annually, depending on experience

• Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus

• Working hours 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota

• Workplace Fully office-based in Limassol, Cyprus
