Growth Manager - iGaming
A fantastic fully remote opportunity has arisen for a Growth Manager to join a Lead Generation Company in the iGaming space. This is a leadership-role with direct commercial accountability. You are sharp and strategic, commercially minded with the ability to lead, support, and motivate your team of initially 3 professionals; set clear directions and communicate measurable targets.
The role is offered on a fully remote basis in Europe, and we envision the right person to invoice €55-60K annually for a full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
Set the commercial strategy for sustainable growth
New revenue channel development: identify and scope emerging opportunities, carry out test campaigns and drive implementation and continuous improvement of best performing campaigns
Social channel monetisation
Set the outbound strategy & budget for Guest Posts
Identify partnership opportunities for streamers and external content contributors
Define strategy and campaign direction for email and other marketing efforts, with the content team responsible for build and delivery
Performance management: monitor results across all channels, hold team leads accountable, and report clearly to senior leadership
Take responsibility for revenue generated as well as Q on Q growth
Ensure KPI and other targets are met (or exceeded)
Skills & Experience
Strong leadership experience in revenue-focused affiliate / lead-generation roles within the iGaming experience
Ability to set, communicate and implement clear strategies
Expertise with email marketing, newsletter monetisation and sponsored content deals
Fluent in tracking and revenue analytics tools
Solid track record of leading high-performing teams, hitting commercial targets
Strong commercial instincts - you focus on conversion, margin, growth, and ROI
Pre-existing network of content creators, streamers & media contacts
Experience managing a remote workforce across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable holding others accountable to targets, assessing and addressing underperformance immediately with constructive plans for improvement
Clear, direct communication whilst remaining approachable to stakeholders at all levels
