Head of CRM - Based in Malta
This is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic, data-driven, delivery-focused and highly analytical Head of CRM to join a rapidly growing online casino operator based in Malta!
The right person for this job has successfully built engagement for both Fiat and Crypto-brands in iGaming, or in other high-volume transaction industries.
Our client is a multi-brand, multi-GEO operation, and wants to engage an individual who has successfully managed campaigns in the DACH, Oceania, and Canada and "ROW" GEOs.
Excellent salary of €100-120K basic + bonus & benefits!
The role is based in Malta and only individuals ready to reside in Malta can be considered for this office-first role.
Role & Responsibilities
Hands-on leadership of both the CRM function and a growing team, with full ownership of player retention, reactivation & LTV strategy
Build and maintain a rigorous testing framework across channels, offers, and journeys
Identify where automation can replace manual, repetitive CRM workflows
Champion the use of AI and automation across the CRM function, from predictive churn and next-best-offer models to AI-assisted content, journey orchestration, and campaign QA
Bring practical, ROI-backed recommendations to leadership
Foster a test-and-learn culture where decisions are backed by data, not opinion
Develop and constantly enhance distinct CRM approach per region and player segmentation to ensure the best ROI
Skills & Experience
Strong experience of building, leading and directing top-performing CRM teams within iGaming or other regulated, high-volume transaction industries
Proven experience of building and owning CRM strategy across multiple GEOs, including DACH, NZ, Australia & Canada
Comfortable working directly in SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and translating findings into strategy, not just reporting them
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Fastrack, Optimove, Braze, Smartico, or Xtremepush
Proven track record of driving automation within a CRM function e.g. predictive modelling, journey automation, AI-assisted content or personalisation
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, including delivering reports to the Management Team
