Boutique advisory firm based in Malta urgently needs a Business Development Manager from a CSP background to work closely with the Business Development Director and drive the portfolio forward. As the Business Development Manager your key purpose would be to grow the existing book of business within the company’s key areas.

Salary up to €50k plus commission 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Generate new business through networking, social media and cold calling
• Identify opportunities and gaps in the market in order to convert into clients
• Business plan creation, assisting clients collating due diligence
• This position does require travel to clients and to relevant conferences 

Skills and Experience:

• Come from a similar background and has worked within an advisory and multi-discipline background
• A proven track knowledge of building long lasting relationships both internally and externally
• Articulate must speak English but other second languages would be considered an asset
• Be able to build a book of business
• Experience with the following markets will be advantageous: Maritime, Aviation, Tax or Insurance will be a competitive advantage
