Our client, a leading global igaming company, is looking for a Spanish VIP Sportsbook Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-driven professional who excels at engaging with players and delivering exceptional service. As a VIP Manager, your mission is to enhance and personalize the VIP player experience, fostering long-term loyalty and maximizing player value.

This role is office based and is being offers a basic salary from 2000-5900 net monthly depending on experience + up to 5000 BGN monthly bonus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players
• Analyzing player behavior and ensuring a personalized VIP experience that meets their needs
• Monitoring player performance and making informed decisions regarding bonus
• Resolving client issues promptly and effectively
• Ensuring compliance with relevant sportsbook regulations
• Meeting or exceeding KPI targets

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Native-level Spanish (written and spoken)
• Fluent English (C2 level)
• At least 2 years of experience in Sportsbook igaming, including 1+ year in VIP Management for the Spanish market (non-negotiable)
• In-depth knowledge of Sportsbook products and player behaviors
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with a proactive approach
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Willingness to work shifts based on business needs

What the Company Offers

• Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)
• Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (no night shifts)
• Late shifts can be worked from home
• 2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN)
• Comprehensive KPI-related bonus scheme of up to 5000 BGN monthly
• This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts
