Role & Responsibilities

• Legal analysis on commercial, corporate, data protection, employment, gambling, competition and social and responsible gaming matters
• Draft commercial agreements relating to advertising, payment services, data protection, game suppliers and affiliates
• Research jurisdictional regulations and provide conclusive information to relevant stakeholders
• Draft simple legal documents including resolutions, letters, NDAs, POAs and handling of basic corporate changes
• Draft of terms and conditions, policies and procedures
• Support DD and EDD processes
• Collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders

Education, Skills & Experience

• LLB
• 3+ years experience of working as a lawyer
• Previous experience of working within igaming in the legal department
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of commercial and integrity policies adopted internationally
• Responsive and responsible
• Strong team-player skills and keen to learn
• Ability to deliver qualitative work to tight deadlines
