Are you ready for your next move in Business Development? A well-established group of companies, offering a range of services both locally and internationally, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

We’re looking for a curious and motivated individual with a genuine desire to learn about the iGaming industry while supporting and growing existing client relationships.

The role is hybrid, with a salary of up to €50K + commission depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow the sales pipeline by bringing in new clients globally within the industry
• Cross-sell products to clients via physical stands, digital sponsorships, and news platforms
• Prepare and maintain pipeline and forecast reporting using Hubspot
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Attend industry events to represent the company and build relationships

Education, Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development
• Previous experience in Business Development within iGaming is a plus
• Fluency in English at C2/native level (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Spanish at native level is a plus
• Client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the iGaming space
• Comfortable working independently, collaboratively with a team, and cross-departmentally
