Head of Ops (iGaming B2B)
A group of companies within the iGaming industry is looking to bring on a Head of Operations / GM, for one of their companies, an aggregator.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day to day business management and to take responsibility for the dealings with various regulatory bodies. This is a fully remote, stand-alone role, as all other roles in the company are outsourced.
You will need to be vetted and approved by the IoM Regulator initially.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact with Jurisdictional and other Regulatory Bodies
- Take responsibility for core operational functions, including game aggregation services, client integrations, and platform performance
- Oversee supplier onboarding, platform certifications, and content delivery to operators
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs across departments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Support partnerships with online B2C operators and game suppliers to enhance market reach and product offering
- Work with commercial partners, ensuring strategic alignment, appropriate resourcing, and integration with broader business objectives
- Provide financial updates on company performance to key stakeholders
- Ensure operational processes meet internal and client requirements and fulfil
contractual obligations - Ensure company compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Education, Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of operational or commercial leadership experience in the iGaming industry, with preference given to game providers and platforms
- Experience in managing B2B relationships with B2C operators and game suppliers
- Bachelor Degree or higher education
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing frameworks in the B2B iGaming industry
- Knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and requirements applicable to the gaming sector
- Strong understanding of iGaming ecosystems, regulatory and licensing frameworks, and commercial structures
- In-depth understanding of iGaming products and iGaming platforms, integrations, and API structures
- Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Excellent standing with operators, suppliers, and iGaming regulators
About this role
- Salary €90-100K full time (can consider 30h/week = reduced hours, salary pro rata)
- Fully remote! If located in Malta, employment can be offered. If not, the engagement will be on a B2B basis
- Applicants should live in the UK or mainland Europe
