The role is based in Malta on a hybrid basis (you can work more remotely than from the office).

Role & Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners for brands globally and monitor their activity
• Monitor and enhance performance, using affiliate software
• Collaborate with marketing partners to identify innovative ways to enhance existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategies
• Continuously monitor and evaluate current processes to identify new opportunities
• Identify key partners and optimize incentives for enhanced productivity
• Regularly analyze and report on results from network initiatives
• Optimize deals and campaigns to meet sales and profitability targets
• Reactivate stagnant affiliate accounts
• Represent network at industry events globally

Requirements

• Experience from working as Affiliate Manager
• Igaming Affiliation for min 3 years
• Strong affiliate-connections within the igaming industry
• Excellent knowledge about the GLOBAL iGaming scene: trends, products, shakers and movers
• Business-savvy with excellent understanding of profitability calculations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated solution-finder with can-do attitude
• Experience of working with Voonix is desirable
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Understanding different traffic sources and the benefits/risks associated with each
• Experience of analysing traffic quality
• Ability to identify fraudulent activites
• Ability to travel extensively globally as and when required, several times annually
• Happy to represent the company at various undustry events
