Payments Product Manager
Our client is an igaming company operating multiple brands in multiple jurisdictions. As a result of continued growth, they are looking for a Payments Product Manager to join their Payments Department, reporting directly to the Head of the Department. 
The role requires a solid technical understanding of the Payments Product, including PIQ configurations and PSP integrations.
The role is office-based in Gzira with hybrid/remote flexibility one day per week following successful onboarding and training. 
Salary up to €60K + KPI-related bonus of €5K annually. 
Role & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Payments Product
- Be the Company's external point of contact with PSPs
- Be the Company's internal expert on anything to do with payments
- Plan and execute PIQ configurations
- Integrations of new PSPs
- Monitor performance of all PSPs 24/7
- Analyse processing rates and query any discrepancies, find and activate solutions to enhance first time request success on transactions
- Investigate any clusters of failed transactions and analyse cause
- Find alternative PSPs and set up automation processes to ensure no loss of business
- Compile reports to Head of Dept and help negotiate better rates (improve approval rates and lower costs)
- Project-lead each PSP integration, new and existing, to always have the best performing integration live
- Liaising with the Development Team and Business Partners to ensure accurate integration of new Payment Solutions and improvements for existing ones
- Liaise with QA to ensure solid testing is carried out to support data-driven business decisions
- Create and update documentation and manuals for each PSP
- Question and recommend - discuss in the team. Your expertise and ideas are vital to maintaing the highest possible transaction acceptance rates!
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree

- Several years' experience of managing Payments Product within iGaming
- Strong expertise on payment IQ configuration
- Experienced with PSP integrations
- Strong with analysis and tools to analyse PSP performance
- Good business acumen
- Solid understanding of the impact of incremental changes to high volume transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Professional integrity beyond reproach
- Able to perform to the highest of standards, with a high levbel of self-motivation to work largely unsupervised but also happy to form part of a team
