A leading corporate service provider based in Valletta, Malta is seeking a Billing Clerk to join their Finance Department. In this role, you will manage invoicing, maintain customer ledgers, and support day-to-day financial operations. T

his is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately
• Assist clients professionally with invoice-related queries
• Maintain customer ledgers
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Stay updated with relevant legal changes
• Support office and accounting tasks as needed

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of A-levels in Accounts
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Native-level fluency in Maltese
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
