A leading professional services firm with a strong client-first approach is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our advisory practice and delivering high-quality guidance to a diverse client base.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €45K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support clients across strategic projects, including business restructuring, M&A, demergers, and growth initiatives
• Design and facilitate tailored business scaling workshops for clients across industries
• Build and analyse financial models, projections, and business plans to inform decision-making
• Identify and secure funding opportunities, including EU grants and tax incentives
• Conduct business valuations and due diligence for transactions.
• Represent clients in strategic meetings with banks, funding bodies, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to thought leadership through articles, events, and client presentations

Education, Skills & Experience

• Strong background in corporate finance, advisory, or a related field in Malta
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuations, business restructuring, and strategic projections
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Client-focused mindset with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
