JobMatchingPartner is assisting a rapidly expanding international casino and sportsbook operator with recruiting a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to join their operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with VIP players and contribute to the continued growth of the German market.

This role suits candidates who enjoy building strong relationships with players and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous experience in sales or customer support within iGaming, e-commerce or similar industries will be considered an advantage.

The role offers a basic salary of up to €27,600 depending on experience, plus an uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily communication with VIP clients via chat, email and phone

• Assist in identifying potential VIP clients to expand the portfolio

• Help develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients

• Assist in assessing and resolving client issues in a professional manner

• Provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance

• Work towards meeting defined KPI targets

• Support the implementation of VIP programs and initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and activity

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP player experience

Skills & Experience

• Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken

• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Min 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or similar customer-facing roles within iGaming, e-commerce or related industries

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to work in a results-oriented and target-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Keen interest in online casino or sportsbook operations

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

About This Role

• Salary Up to €27,600 depending on experience

• Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus.

• Working hours: 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota

• Workplace: Fully office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria
