JobMatchingPartner is pleased to be assisting a rapidly expanding iGaming operator with the recruitment of a German-speaking VIP Team Leader to join their operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of VIP Account Managers and driving team performance across the German market.

This role suits an experienced iGaming professional with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic international company. The salary offered is competitive, up to €3,850 per month depending on experience, plus an uncapped monthly bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the VIP team

• Support the development and progression of VIP Account Managers within the team

• Drive team performance to meet and exceed VIP targets

• Analyse team performance to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement areas

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts

• Monitor market trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth

• Review and improve existing processes while implementing new operational strategies

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team and market performance

• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and manage team performance

• Plan and coordinate team schedules and workload distribution

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery

Skills & Experience

• Native/C2 level German language skills both written and spoken

• Fluent English language skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a VIP role within the iGaming industry - non-negotiable

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performing team

• Excellent understanding of VIP player management and market dynamics

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of numbers and targets
