An established local CSP is looking for a Paralegal Secretary to join the litigation department. In this role, you will provide quality secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and professional staff, assisting in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide admin assistance to lawyers

• Assist in drafting and editing of documents

• Manage files

• Handle calls and manage clients' administrative needs

• Assist with internal reporting systems

• Manage emails and calendars

• Assist at the court registry

Education, Skills & Experience

• A Level standard of education in Maltese and English

• Fluency in Maltese and English at a native level

• Meticulous approach to work

• Keen eye for details

• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel - non-negotiable

• Relevant experience in a similar legal role is a plus
