We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join the regulatory team of an advisory firm, providing compliance and regulatory guidance for any iGaming-related matters to internal stakeholders and external clients.

The right candidate has experience of working with both MGA and other iGaming jurisdictions and is offered a salary of €40-45K

Role & Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs

• Monitor local and international regulatory developments and advise clients on regulatory changes and compliance requirements

• Liaise with prospective clients, outlining the optimal operational set-up for their requirements

• Manage licence and other applications, working with clients on due diligence materials, business plans, technical and operational policies, procedures and outsourcing agreements

• Maintain a portfolio of clients, meeting their requirements and expectations

• Handle day-to-day client queries on gaming regulation and compliance

• Ensure clients comply with MGA and international regulatory requirements, including regular reporting obligations

• Act as the client’s point of contact with the MGA and other supervisory bodies, responding to queries in a timely and detailed manner and addressing any gaps in information with clients

• Perform other duties as required

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or a Professional Certificate in Gaming or Compliance

• iGaming industry experience

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Communication skills in Maltese could be meriting

• Proactive and collaborative, able to work to tight deadlines

• Strong abilities to build and manage rapport with mutiple clients and external agencies and providers

• Passionate about finding commercially viable solutions to complex legal issues
