Global Merchandising Manager
A super-exciting opportunity has arisen, for a specialist in procurement and management of branded merchandise to join a multinational inertnet gambling operator and platform provider as their Global Merchandising Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of global merchandising operations and logistics for the company.
The role is fully remote; however, the ideal candidate must be based in one of the following countries: Malta, Romania, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Serbia, or Latvia. Due to the urgency of the role, only candidates eligible to live and work in either of those countries will be considered.
Applicants should have worked with merchandise for another igaming company, or for a (fan-)club for a global brand.

Responsibilities:
- Manage both external merchandise sales and internal orders for key clients, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Develop and implement the necessary structure, processes, and product requirements, including selecting appropriate IT infrastructure and software solutions, vendors, and key partners
- Take ownership of the entire merchandise P&L statements, strategising optimal product pricing and delivery costs while optimizing order management processes
- Identify and implement the most suitable logistics tools and order management systems
- Build relationships with key partners and manufacturing suppliers, ensuring efficient collaboration
- Establish warehouses and partnerships for stock management
- Launch merchandising platforms and order systems integrated across multiple websites
- Manage a comprehensive product catalogue accessible to internal stakeholders and external users
- Streamline internal order management processes and optimize workflows
- Forecast merchandise needs and manage inventory tracking systems to monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
- Define SLAs and ensure adherence to KPIs throughout the supply chain
- Provide regular reports and real-time inventory management updates
- Manage budget allocation and report on monthly expenditure
Education, Skills and Experiences
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in order management systems, logistics, or e-commerce
- Previous experience in planning and overseeing the setting-up of an e-commerce or logistics platform
- Experience of managing procurement and sales for and e-commerce platform for a global brand / fanclub
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C2 level or native proficiency
- Proficiency in procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership, influence stakeholders, and cultivate collaborative relationships across departments
- Proactive, approachable, and enthusiastic with a high level of energy and passion for the role
About this role

- Salary of €80K - €100 depending on experience
