We're looking for an English- and Spanish-speaking Business Development Manager, with a strong network within the igaming industry, to join a Company creating events and content for and within the iGaming industry globally. 

You will focus on building and maintaining relationships, forging partnerships and actively enhancing the Company's already excellent reputation.

The role is based in Malta and offered on a hybrid basis, with a salary of up to €50K + commission depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow the sales pipeline by bringing in new clients globally within the industry
• Cross-sell sponsorships, advertising, and other products 
• Prepare and maintain well-structured pipeline and forecast reporting 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Attend industry events to represent the company and build relationships

Education, Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Strong network within the iGaming industry 
• English and Spanish-speaker to bilingual / native / C2 level
• Client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing various projects in collaboration with different stakeholders
• Able to attend events outside of "office-hours"
• Available to travel internationally
