Onboarding & Compliance Specialist (PSP)
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a well-organised person, used to work independently but also collaboratively, to join our client in a brand new, cross-functional role as a Client Onboarding & Compliance Specialist.
Our client provides a wide range of Payment Solutions, catering for clients within the iGaming, eSports, eCommerce and Lead Generation industries.
You will work within the inbound Client Service Team as a specialist with Onboarding and Compliance issues, and your function would be to resolve what you can and escalate other matters to the Compliance Team, which is based abroad.

Following successful training and onboarding, this role is flexible hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
Support new customer applications and guide clients through the onboarding journey
KYB (KYC) outreach and documentation collection
Review and assess submitted documentation
Liaise with compliance teams to ensure onboarding requirements are met
Communicate clearly with customers regarding documentation and other requirements
Assist with risk-based customer due diligence processes
Handle inbound customer queries via Intercom and Live Chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve general account, transaction, and platform-related issues
Conduct Risk Assessments and escalate appropriately
Education, Skills & Experience
A-level education
2+ years' experience in Client/Customer Service/AML/Compliance within regulated payments in or in an e-money institution
Familiarity with onboarding, KYC/KYB, and AML frameworks
Experience of handing compliance documents relevant to MFSA-regulations
Experience with transaction monitoring / DD / EDD
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Ability to optimize priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Highly computer and data proficient
Solution-finder mindset with a customer-first approach
