VIP Acquisition Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for a driven and knowledgeable VIP manager to join a Curacao-licensed iGaming operator targeting global markets. The brand is expanding its team to drive further growth and introduce new acquisition channels. They are strongly positioned to capture market share across major and emerging markets.
The right person for this role can work from LONDON or MADRID and has several years of experience in igaming B2C outbound/Acquisition/VIP Acquisition.
You have a chance to earn up to £/€90K with basic and KPI-related bonus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain VIP players, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience while meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new VIP players
- Develop VIP player acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, ensuring personalised and attentive service
- Effectively guide VIP players and provide tailored recommendations
- Engage with VIPs, understand their needs, and offer promotions or special offers effectively
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
- Implement strategies to retain VIP players, such as exclusive promotions, personalised rewards, and special events
- Utilise analytics tools to track VIP player behaviour, preferences, and activity, using data for personalised service (hand in hand with the CRM team).
- Be available and flexible, preferably work during VIP players' favourite hours, and understand the importance of timely responses and support
- Monitor VIP player accounts for potential risks or issues and take proactive measures to ensure responsible gaming practices
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding VIP player information and transactions
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a senior VIP role in igaming
- Proven track-record of acquiring and retaining VIP players
- Good knowledge of casino and sportsbook offers attracting VIPs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Born negotiator with natural flair for service and finding tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently whilst forming part of a team
- Proficiency with regulatory requirements for Curacao licence + other compliance regulations and RG industry standards
